{How to Order}
- Select the size you'd like your name to be. This will be the total length of the name.
- Select the font for your name. See photos for the font design for each font name.
- In the personalization box, type the name that you'd like. If you're name contains the lowercase letters "i" or "j", please let us know if you'd prefer the dots to be connected to the letter or shipped separated. If we do not receive a specification, the dots WILL be connected.
- We ship all names with the first letter capitalized and the rest lowercase. If you are wanting something different, let us know.
- *** Some fonts have separated letters meaning the name isn't fully connected. If you want us to connect all the letters, please let us know. If you don't specify, we will make the name how it's generated.
- If you want the natural, unfinished look with our Maple Wood or you just want the unfinished MDF, choose the Unfinished-DIY option.

{Proofs}
We only provide proofs or mock ups to customers who request this. Proofs are not automatically sent with each order since this slows down production time. But if you're having a hard time visualizing your name in your specified font, please reach out for a proof. If we do not receive a request for a proof, we will assume you are ok with the designer's make of the name, i.e. the way the name connects or how it's designed.

{Damages}
If your name arrives damaged, please message us within 5 days. We will need photos of the damaged item AND photos of the damaged box (if any are noticeable). Please keep the box and packaging since the mail carrier may want to inspect the box and it's contents for insurance purposes.

{Returns}
Since this item is "personalized", we cannot accepts returns/exchanges/refunds. So please make sure you double check your spellings, capitalizations, punctuations, etc.
