Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or lost in transit, we cannot accept returns for: Custom or Personalized Items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Our turnaround time is 2-4 business days, excluding holidays. We start production on your order same day.

Once your order is shipped, it may take 2-8 days to receive your order. Most orders are delivered within 4 business days after processing.

We cut your order using HDF (High Density Fiberboard), Pine Plywood, Veneer Wood, and Acrylics.

We recommend priming your wood items first and let dry. Once dry, apply any acrylic craft paint or spray paint of your choice. After your base coats are dry, you can start adding details with acrylic paints. And then we recommend using a spray clear sealer or brush on sealer to seal your wood products.

The HDF wood we use is moisture resistant, so once you paint and seal your craft, you can use for decorations outdoors. We do recommend keeping it out of the elements as much as you can due to the paint chipping away over time. The pine plywood and veneer wood are NOT recommended for outdoors. Acrylics can handle the outdoor elements.
