Upon receipt of your order, please open the package and inspect the contents right away. If there any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Care instructions – Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher. Wipe clean and dry with a cloth. Condition with mineral oil every 4-6 weeks to prolong the look and integrity of the chopping board. If you add this cutting board to your dishwasher cycle, we cannot offer any type of replacement or refund.
We condition our cutting boards with Food Grade Mineral Oil. We recommend that you reapply every 4-6 weeks.
